5th Grade Narrative Essay Examples - How to Organize Your ResearchWhen preparing for your fifth grade narrative essay, there are certain ways you can organize your research and write a story that would meet the standards of 'reading the newspaper.' It would help if you read and review the style guide first. Then read some examples of first graders' writing for the following paragraphs.What are the strengths and negatives of the topic? Write an outline of the basic facts and the positive points. Write a description of the main character, using the pronoun you, who is the protagonist and how you came to have the important decisions. And lastly you can make a conclusion that reflects on what it means to be a student in this class.What were the critical decisions that you had to make in the beginning of the story? Do not go into details, but create a story of the key junctures and moments that led up to the final decision. You can discuss the decision by going through each page and start ing from the beginning and moving to the end of the paper.What are the extra lines of the paper? There are some paper supplies that have chalkboard lines, which are useful to separate paragraphs or give extra information. Just mark the pages that need this extra space and give directions so that the lines can be used.Grammar is important when writing a story. Make sure to check the spelling and punctuation of the paper before submitting it to the teacher. If you write a piece that is grammatically correct but lacks important information, the teacher will most likely find it is out of sequence and might call for a re-write.The teacher wants to find out how much detail the teacher is willing to go into with the student in order to answer the writer's career goals. One idea is to put the writer's goals at the top of the paper, before making decisions about style.Being an informed student does not mean the teacher has to work to your direction. That is the point of dialogue. Your abilit y to ask questions and speak your mind allows the teacher to know that you are having fun while also making good decisions.
